Apparently many people have been reporting the Spectator Mode is not displaying after 24 hours have passed since they connected to Nintendo WiFi via Brawl, leading many to believe Nintendo may have screwed up. I ran into the same problem. Someone discovered a fix for it however.
Basically all you have to do is go to your Save Data within the game, and go to where it says Erase or delete, and select No. Then connect to WiFi and Spectator mode will be there. Lucky someone discovered that, I thought we would end up having to send our disks in to Nintendo -_-;
Also the options under WiFi for you to be allowed into Spectator Mode as well as Receive Updates about Brawl from Nintendo will now also appear under the "With Anyone" mode on WiFi.
Thanks to KingBroly for letting me know about this fix!

Brawl is a Blast!
Yeah so I've basically been playing almost all day up until just a few minutes ago. WiFi is still kind of laggy but nothing like it was the first time I played where the game literally froze for several seconds at a time.
So anyway I've basically been playing the Subspace Emissary (it's the easiest way to unlock most of the characters) for about 5 or so hours. I'm only 50% complete too. I've unlocked all of the characters except for Jigglypuff, Ganondorf, Wolf, and Toon Link. I assume it's going to be a while because Ganondorf seems to be a villain as well(duh). I actually like it, it's pretty challenging and I have died many times, though it lets you continue without any problems. All I can say is this is easily one of the best things in the whole game besides WiFi and new characters.
So where are you at in Brawl? How many characters have you unlocked? What are your WiFi Wins VS Losses? Let me know in a comment!

The Brawl is on Tonight at Midnight!!!
As you know the Midnight Launch is tonight at 12 AM(which is actually tomorrow) and Daylight Savings Time also starts tomorrow as well.
I will head to GameStop at 11:30 PM and be back sometime after 12 AM and I will start up my game and find out my Friend Code.
I will then come on here and edit this post and add my Friend Code. So please, once you get your friend code please leave a post with your nickname and your friend code so I can add you to my list! Don't forget about the Character Profiles list, they can sort of help you, I have a feeling Smash Bros.com will be jammed tonight so my forum is backup, you can find the topic here.

SPOGS Racing
Well I was reading my latest issue of Nintendo Power today where I came across an article on a new WiiWare game called SPOGS Racing. I decided to google it and checked out many game blog sites and none of them had any info on it. I submitted it to GoNintendo earlier and they posted it, so I thought I should do my 5 or so readers the honor of transcribing the article here as well.
"In driver's ed, they teach you that crashing into other vehicles is bad form. SPOGS Racing, from D2C Games, takes a different tack.
By careening into your competitors' unusually shaped SPOGS Racers, you can take their parts - pre-owned engines, brakes, tailpipesm etc. - and use the spoils to upgrade your own ride. The automotive pick-pocketing takes place in a dozen venues, including traditional racing ovals, road courses, and stunt tracks.
When you're not busy going SPOG-to-SPOG with rivals, you'll fly off ramps and negotiate loops (also recommended in your driver's ed class). Obviously, the SPOGS Racers are not your parents' Camry. They're designed to spin, drift, flip over, and (most of all) crash a lot. They're also equipped with six kinds of weapons, which you can use to slow down your opponents so that you can mug them.
The title uses your choice of three control schemes, one of which is what has become the standard for motion control in driving games - you hold the remote horizontally with both hands and tilt it to steer. In addition to quick races, you can enjoy the game in Battle mode (essentially a nonstop series of collisions) and Season mode (which sees you through races on every track.)"
This game actually sounded pretty cool so I definitely think I'll have to download it once it hits the WiiWare service. So many awesome games coming to WiiWare, I'm just so happy to be a Nintendo fan right now!!! Sorry I didn't scan the magazine, the images were so small they wouldn't even show up clearly if I tried scanning them!

Brawl Character Profiles
All day yesterday I was sort of bored (besides playing Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles) and I decided to make a topic on my forum which I rarely post on. Basically all I did is make mini character profiles that have a picture of the character, when they first appeared in the Smash Bros. series, how to unlock the character, and a list of the special moves.

I know some of you are probably thinking what is the point, but I thought I would just make something simple so you don't have to navigate through the Smash Bros. Dojo or through messy FAQs. You can check out the topic here. You do not have to register in order to see it, but I hope you do, I really want to make the forum active again!

1 Day and 21 Hours and 40 Minutes until Brawl!!!
The End of Umbrella
Well I've been playing Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles like crazy for the past several days and zipping through it. I think I'm still missing some side missions as Albert Wesker, Ada Wong, and maybe even Leon Kennedy but I'm not even sure if he is in the game. But yeah, today I finished the chapters "Umbrella The End 1 & 2" and there seems to be a part 3 that is all is left. I can tell the difficulty really ramped up right in these chapters as multiple enemies appeared. Luckily I was able to keep them off long enough to finish them off.
Later today I think I will try and find out the criteria for unlocking the other missions that I think I may be missing. I know I'm missing a bunch of items, after all I'm playing on easy and have mostly C's on all of the missions. Who knows, maybe I need to play some of them over and I'll get the missions I think I may be missing? I also plan to finish this game later today/tonight so wish me luck because I know I'll probably die a few times, lol.

Overall I would say this is the best rail shooter on the Wii. Ghost Squad is short and so is Link's Crossbow Training. Even the upcoming House of the Dead 2 & 3: Return is probably short compared to this game. So if you are looking for a good rail shooter, I definitely recommend Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles to you. I like it a lot and it's a great co-op game to play with relatives or friends.

Welcome to March
So Zack and Wiki once again got a bit annoying and boring so I stopped playing it again. I decided to pick back up Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles yesterday and see if I could get past the part I was stuck on "Train Derailment Part 2" where I kept dying. I finally managed to get passed it and I beat the boss without dying. Then I went through "Train Derailment Part 3" and beat that without dying as well. I'm playing on Easy and the game seems so hard still, plus my arm is really tired now.

The game has redeemed itself to me now that I have found a way to get passed the difficult part! I was thinking it may have been a bad buy for me since I can't even play Resident Evil 4 which I have for both Gamecube & Wii. I always get killed by the villagers in the beginning and I get lost to. Maybe I should stop playing Adventure type games so much, I always get lost and it annoys me to where I don't want to play. Sorry I'm just complaining like I always do! ^_^;
Anyways, Super Smash Bros. Brawl is out in 5 days!!! Don't forget about the Tournament & Midnight Launch at GameStop because you can challenge other Smash fans and also walk home with your copy of the game and play it all night! I am so excited that I will finally have an Online Wii game that I will play all the time and never get bored of.
