New Pokémon Silhouette shown on Pokémon Sunday
In Japan, there is a Pokémon talk show where they talk about news, events, and have battles. It's called Pokémon Sunday. Today they revealed the silhouette of a new Pokémon that will probably be introduced in the upcoming film this summer. Here it is...do you think it is an evolution or a new Pokémon altogether?

Pokémon HeartGold & SoulSilver due out March 14th
Several retailers such as Amazon.com are listing Pokémon HeartGold & SoulSilver for a March 14th release in the US.

If so, that is basically like a year after Platinum was released in the US. South Korea are getting the games as early as February 4th. So not fair!!! March is going to be a packed month of gaming...

Card Hero being localized by Nintendo of America?
Well, I think filing a trademark with US patent office would qualify as a confirmation of the game being localized. The game was released in Japan back in December 2007. If I recall correctly, Reggie Fils-Aime or someone else at Nintendo of America said that Card Hero would never be localized...and what is this trademark about huh? In your face, Reggie! E3 is coming up next month (Nintendo's conference is June 2nd), so hopefully we'll get some confirmation there!

Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series To Be Continued
It turns out that the latest issue of Coro Coro will reveal a new entry in the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series. I'm actually not entirely surprised since the Mystery Dungeon games seem to do well around the world with Pokémon branding the front. I actually find them quite enjoyable sometimes, though sometimes I find them annoying... Anyway, here is the image that states this information:
ポケモン不思議のダンジョン <---this part says "Pokémon Fushigi no Dungeon" which means "Mysterious Dungeon" I bet we'll probably see a Ranger 3 and maybe a new Pokémon game for Wii after the fact. The DS is set to be around for a long time. It's been around for 4 years, it may very well be around for 4 more years ^_^
I love you Nintendo!!!

Pokémon Platinum & Fire Emblem Release Date?
Overnight, Circuit City.com revealed a page for Pokémon Platinum, with a specific release date of March 22nd, 2009. The page has since been removed, so the game may very well be coming out then. Here is the image below:

Pluto is known as "Charon", Handsome is known as "Looker", and the Torn World is known as the "Distortion World". I don't understand why they would change Pluto's name in the US as Pluto is a Galaxy admin. I am so excited, I can't wait to play this game. I hope the release date ends up being true.
Update: They can't use Pluto as a character name because of the Disney character having the name trademarked back in 1930. It really sucks, though Charon is the name of one of Pluto's moons.
Circuit City also has a page up for Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon, complete with boxart and a release date of February 23rd, 2009. It's starting to make the Pokémon date look more likely, and this sounds very likely as well. All we need to know is what game for DS that might be released in January. I have a feeling it could be Rhythm Heaven, since Mario & Luigi RPG 3 isn't even out in Japan yet.

World Destruction coming to US as Sands of Destruction
Apparently a NeoGAF member was browsing Sega's FTP site and came across a game called Sands of Destruction. Said member clicked on it and up came image links, and they turned out to be English screenshots of World Destruction. That pretty much tells you right there that the game is coming to the US.
However since anyone can edit images, I'm going to mark this as a rumor for now, but I'm sure it's real anyway. Siliconera and Nintendo Power have both stated the game is headed stateside, with the former saying that there are going to be numerous changes to the English version.

Disaster: Day of Crisis Screens
Well, the german wesbite for Nintendo has a Disaster Day of Crisis page up, and you can check out 90 screenshots of the game here.

The main character who used to be known simply as "Ray" has his named revealed to be Raymond Bryce. The translated info from the German website is below.
"Ex-US-Marine Raymond Bryce will drive, swim, run and shoot through 23 sections, while they are being destroyed by volcanos, tsunamis, hurricanes, floods and earthquakes. Furthermore he'll have to fight a dubious terrorist organisation called SURGE.Also, there is a rumor going around that a person emailed Nintendo's German website and found out that the release date for the game in Germany will be October 24th 2008. Here is the unofficial translation of the email below:Ray will have to find fresh air when his lungs are filled with smoke and he'll have to eat to regain his strength. The player will have to save citizens from various dangerous situations and even apply first-aid measures. He'll also have to defuse bombs and whatnot using the Wii-mote and nunchuck."
I don't know what to believe, but the screenshots are proof the game does in fact still exist and that the information is 100% confirmed. However, until Nintendo releases an official press release, take the release date as fan speculation for the time being. We'll have more information as soon as it arrives"Very honored Nintendo customer,
Many thanks for theirs eMail.
At first we would like to apologize for the fact that we come only now to the answer of your writing.
The offer of Nintendo plays is extended constantly. The title “Disaster : Day of Crises” called by you will be available from the 24th October, 2008 at the German market."

Rumor: Nintendo Power reveals "Sonic and the Black Knight" for Wii
First, let me just say this: W T F!? Now for the supposed cover of September 2008 issue of Nintendo Power:

Oh man, now my head is going to spin around in circles. What the hell is SEGA trying to do to Sonic? (if this is real, I think it may be fake, though it looks real enough) Sonic Unleashed looks like a really promising game.
Of course, you know where this originated, from a NeoGAF thread as usual. Dead Rising was on there and it turned out to be real, so maybe this Sonic game is real too?
What's with the name though, is this Sonic & Batman in the same game!? Come on, you know that is sarcasm right there, don't whine at me!
I can see that it would take advantage of WiiMotionPlus probably. If this is real, lets just hope it doesn't suck, even if it isn't a main series Sonic game. More news once it becomes available.
UPDATE: I just realized that last months Nintendo Power shows a silhouette of a sword, I thought it might be Fire Emblem. But either someone is f***ing with us or this is real.

Rumor: Dead Rising Wii
Well, I just came across this image in a chatroom I go to:

I don't know if I should believe it or not. I guess all will be revealed in due time. It is always possible that the game could be remade for Wii, but there is a higher chance that this is fake. Oh well, hopefully Capcom says something about it soon!

Pokémon Platinum Revealed
Well, CoroCoro Magazine in Japan has revealed what is called Pokémon Platinum, the 3rd version to Diamond and Pearl. The game seems like it will feature the origin form of Giratina in the story line.
However, as with all things this is unconfirmed, but it doesn't look photoshopped to me. What does everyone else think? All I know is that we'll have scans in the next few days.

Sonic Unleashed Confirmed by Sega - November release
Supposedly someone discovered these images on SEGA FTP. A patent was filed a week or few weeks ago for a game called Sonic Unleashed, and now these screenshots have surfaced. Since the graphics look a bit basic, this may be the new Sonic Wii game SEGA gas been working on. However, we can't really confirm or deny these pictures at the current time so it's all in speculation till it is confirmed they are real. The style of the game really reminds me of Sonic and the Secret Rings so this may in fact be a Wii game if it is real.

If this is real I hope it is a Wii game. The Nintendo audience seems to only be the one who really cares about Sonic. The 360/PS3 game was a terribly designed game and also didn't really sell very well. Sonic and the Secret Rings however has sold over a Million and so has Mario & Sonic at the Olympic games. I think it's fair to say that the Nintendo audience likes Sonic the most. Hope these are real and the game is for the Wii!
UPDATE: There is now a video of the game available on Youtube but I can't guarantee that it won't be taken down. I think this pretty much confirms the game is real, it looks to be sort of a standard looking Sonic game. Hopefully this game is for the Wii though! The game has been confirmed by SEGA for a November release but no platforms have been specified, however since one of the pics seems to be for the Official Nintendo Magazine cover and another is for the Play Magazine cover, the game may be multiplatform.
